SteelCloud Customer Care Center

SteelCloud Customer care provides support for our commercial, government and Alliance Partners. To get the best support and access to a shared knowledge base, software and form download, please register with at the SteelCloud support portal – please ensure that you complete all data fields. Once you are registered, you can open tickets and browse the knowledge base.

Technical Support

A trained technical representative will be available to help you and respond to your email inquiries. Once you have registered you are able to open tickets and access a host of information about SteelWorks and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. If your ticket comes in between 8:30 and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, EST, we try to get back to you within the same business day. If your ticket is opened outside of those hours we will get back to you within a business day.
