This unique solution is housed in a server, ready to plug and play. An innovative Installation Wizard walks non-technical users through a quick series of steps. Once installed, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server integrates with your existing email server to extend communications to your mobile users - securely. Additional software is included to allow for reliable back-up and restore functions, as well as license-auditing capabilities.

SteelWorks Mobile allows you to open any attachment you receive on your device. Are there any backup processes with it?
SteelWorks Mobile provides for built-in back-up and restore. Through an intuitive GUI, users can easily restore to a default working state in seconds, even when Windows may have failed. The server has a bootable disk for recovery from catastrophic failure, and snapshot back-up and roll-back is supported. The application allows the user to set up the server and automatically back up the hard drive at chosen intervals to a protected network shared drive or to an external media.
How many BlackBerry® units will it support?
SteelWorks Mobile will allow from 1-2000 users to be connected. There are many different configurations to match your own needs.
Is any customer support available?
