On December 10th and 11th, SteelCloud exhibited at the 2025 Eastern Defense Summit, hosted by the Charleston Defense Contractor’s Association (CDCA). The summit came at a time of increasing threat to government, military, academic, and industry cybersecurity. The fruits of cybercrime make it equivalent to the world’s largest economies. About $333,000 is lost every minute to cybercrime. Ransomware and phishing are the primary culprits. And the FBI reports complaints are up by 33%.
